The Canadian Hereford Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the record-keeping, development, and promotion of the Hereford cattle in Canada.

As a member of the Canadian Hereford Association, you become part of a long tradition of excellence and innovation in the Canadian and international beef cattle industries. A CHA membership includes membership with your provincial Hereford association (and eligibility for membership in your local Hereford clubs), a subscription to the Canadian Hereford Digest, research opportunities, and much much more.

Junior Member

The Canadian Junior Hereford Association (CJHA) has a long history of providing innovative and engaging programing for youth in the Hereford industry.

Junior members can attend shows, workshops, apply for schoarships and may even have the opportunity to travel abroad!

CJHA is the largest and oldest Junior Breed organization in Canada and has much to offer its members.

Cost per year – $35 + GST/HST

Membership expires on the December 31st following the member’s 22nd birthday. The annual fee must be paid to participate in National programs (Semen Donation, Heifer Lottery) and Events (Bonanza).
